POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ESD to supervise daily program activities, oversee planning and implementation of activities at their respective sites, and collaborate with school personnel and community partners to ensure an effective program. Site coordinator will: plan and develop the after-school curriculum to meet individual student needs through collaboration with classroom teachers, review individual student needs and progress, schedule and coordinate training of all personnel and volunteers, maintain program records, coordinate data collection and record keeping for evaluation and ongoing planning, provide ongoing communication about the activities of the program to relevant staff, and coordinate attendance tracking and reporting and maintain the Cityspan database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in early childhood education or related field preferred or appropriate professional experience.
Program administration and management experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with extended school day programming preferred.
